What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we collect your name, your email address, the service you selected, and whatever you write in your message. We collect it because you chose to send it.

Our hosting provider also records standard technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time. That information keeps the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your inquiry, provide the services you asked about, and keep a record of our correspondence. If you become a client, we use your contact details to manage that relationship.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, such as our email, hosting, and accounting providers, and only as far as they need it to do that work. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Marketing email

We send marketing email only to people who ask for it or who already do business with us. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor those requests promptly. Answering a question you sent us is not marketing, and it does not add you to a list.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and client records as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected, and for any period the law requires. After that we delete them.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is meant for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
